How we verify prices
- We read the vendor's public pricing page (linked per tool in comparisons).
- We record tiers, units and
verified_atdate in our tool database. - When a price changes, it appears on the Price Radar and in the changelog JSON.

Why this exists
Generic "best tool" lists copy each other. Real monthly cost depends on your volume — contacts, emails sent, automation tasks, seats. This index plus our calculators answer: what would I actually pay?
